Don't let our small size fool you! Norm's RV has the tools, training, personnel, and experience to handle everything from simple routine maintenance to complex collision repairs. Our 45' RV lift and 20,000 lb. wheel scales are just two examples of the specialized equipment at our technicians' disposal. If your needs are beyond the scope of our services, we will be happy to point you toward a reputable business that can do the work. Our technicians have been trained by and received certifications from many of the companies whose products are found in most RVs. Some examples include Onan, Dometic, Norcold, Atwood, Power Gear, HWH, Winegard, and the list goes on. This is in addition to factory certifications by companies like Fleetwood RV, Glendale RV, and Monaco Coach. Rounding out the training requirements, our technicians have all attended the industry standard week-long RVIA troubleshooter clinic receiving certifications up to the Master level. There are less than 1300 RVIA Master Certified Technicians in the entire USA. Norm's RV is an authorized repair facility for many RV and component manufacturers and welcomes your warranty repair work. If your repairs are covered by a manufacturer that we do not currently represent, we are happy to establish a relationship if they are willing - some are and some are not. If your repairs are covered by an extended service agreement, we will bill them directly for covered repairs and only collect the deductible from you. We know how to talk the language required to get your service agreement company to pay your claim. Oftentimes claims are rejected simply because the necessary information is not properly relayed to the service agreement company. Rounding out the offerings, Norm's RV service department can provide expert consultation and installation regarding the latest aftermarket accessories that can enhance the overall enjoyment and safety of your RV experience.
